THK AFE-CA 無塵室專用油

AFE潤滑脂是使用尿素作增稠劑，高級合成油作基油，具有出色低發塵特性的清潔環境用潤滑脂。

★特性

1.	低發塵潤滑脂與以前作?低發塵潤滑脂用的真空潤滑脂相比，其發塵量更少，最適合於半導體，液晶關聯裝置等的清潔室內使用。
2.	長壽命潤滑脂與一般的金屬肥皂基潤滑脂不同，具有出色的氧化安定性，可長期間使用，從而能減輕保養的負擔。
3.	適用溫度範圍廣泛的潤滑脂在–40℃~ +180℃的廣泛溫度範圍內能保持良好的潤滑特性。
4.	出色的化學安定性具有耐藥品性，耐NO×性，耐輻射線性等出色的化學安定性。

AFE Grease uses urea as a consistency enhancer and a high-grade synthetic oil as the base oil. It has low dust-generative characteristics and is therefore a suitable grease for clean room environments.

*Features

1.	Low dust-generation Compared with vacuum greases in conventional use, AFE Grease generates less dust and therefore is ideal for use in clean rooms for manufacturing semiconductors, LCD, and the like.
2.	Long service life Unlike ordinary metal soap-based greases, AFE Grease exceeds in stability of oxidation and therefore can remain in service for a long time, thus reducing the amount of maintenance work required.
3.	Wide temperature range Since a high-grade synthetic oil is used as the base oil, the lubricating performance stays intact over a wide range of temperatures, from -40℃ to +200℃.
4.	High chemical stability AFE Grease has high resistance to chemicals, NOX, and radiation.
