滿珠球型全陶瓷軸承一面帶添球缺口，因採用無保持架結構設計，可以比標準結構的軸承裝入多的陶瓷球，從而提高其徑向負荷能力，另外還可避免因保持架材料的限制，可達到陶瓷保持架型全陶瓷軸承耐腐蝕及耐溫效果。該系列軸承不適宜較高轉速，安裝時應注意將缺口面裝於不承受軸向負荷的一端。因該軸承內外圈具填球缺口，故不適合有較大軸向負荷場合應用。
